A different approach to save the dates

Everyone knows here at San Antonio Weddings we are suckers for good photography. Bridal portraits, engagement photos, ceremony and reception shots...we loveit all! But what if there was a new, interactive way to share your engagement, not just through sending save the dates? It's time brides start thinking outside the box. We are living in 2012 afterall.

Limelight San Antonio can provide the modern bride with a perfect alternative to the usual save the dates, or a special addition. The company (also known for their fabulous photography) can produce a engagment videos for couples. What's so great about these videos, other than a memory that will last a lifetime, is you can share them with family and friends instantly. The video can also be played at your reception for a nice, heartwarming touch.

Check out the video above, and tell us you didn't "aww" in your head at least once.

Vintage-inspired headpieces

While spending too much time on Pinterest, (by the way, did you know we're on Pinterest?) I stumbled across these whimsical headpieces by Twigs & Honey. Of course I pinned all of them but I wanted to share my absolute favorites here.

These would be perfect for any vintage-inspired wedding, whether you're a bride or bridesmaid. If you want to look different but not outlandish, these make a beautiful, soft statement.

Bella Bridesmaid carries Twigs & Honey. If you are dying to see what one looks like on you (like I am) you may just have to stop by.
